Care Guide

Every Softplush piece is created with thoughtful details and deserves to be cared for with the same intention.

To preserve the fabric, shape, and details of your abaya, we recommend following these care guidelines.

Cleaning

Dry cleaning is recommended, especially for pieces with delicate fabrics, embroidery, embellishments, buttons, or special detailing.

If your piece is suitable for hand washing:

Wash gently in cold water.
Use a small amount of mild detergent.
Do not bleach.
Do not soak for extended periods.
Do not rub, twist, or wring the fabric.
Wash separately or with similar colors.
Allow the abaya to air dry naturally away from direct sunlight.

Steaming & Ironing

Steaming is recommended whenever possible.
Steam or iron from the inside of the garment.
Always use a low temperature.
Avoid applying direct heat to embroidery, buttons, embellishments, prints, or decorative details.

Storage

Hang your abaya on a suitable hanger in a cool, dry place. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and allow enough space between garments to help preserve their shape and details.

A Little Extra Care

Some Softplush pieces feature delicate or handcrafted details. Please handle these areas gently and avoid friction, pulling, or direct contact with perfumes and harsh products.

When in doubt, professional dry cleaning is always the safest choice.
