Exchange & Returns


Each Soft Plush piece is prepared with care according to the selected design and size. For this reason, pieces made or altered specifically to your selected measurements may not be eligible for exchange or return.
An exchange or return may be accepted in the following cases:
  • The item has a clear manufacturing defect.
  • You received an incorrect item, size, or design due to an error from Soft Plush.
Please note:
  • Minor loose threads resulting from the sewing process that can be easily trimmed are not considered a manufacturing defect.
  • Slight variations in color may occur due to lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.
  • Items must be returned unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Soft Plush cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by wear, improper handling, washing, or care after receiving the item.
